Locate Down Under uses the latest equipment (Electromagnetic locator and Ground Penetrating Radars) to accurately trace and mark Underground Utilities as per AS-5488.1:2019. All of our jobs come with a site specific locate report based on all of our findings. All locate technicians are DBYD & Optus Certified.
Our Ground Penetrating Radar technology allows us to locate underground utilities that can not be traced using the Electromagnetic locator such as Nylon and poly pipes, PVC, HDPE and underground storage tanks.
Stormwater and Sewer Markouts determines the exact location and depths adjacent to your proposed development.
CCTV Inspections
Our CCTV inspection equipment allows us to inspect Sewer lines and Stormwater drains, identifying any issues. All CCTV inspections come with a site specific report.
Smoke Testing
Smoke Testing is used to help identify any cross connections in your drainage system & help with locating leaks in all drainage services. Smoke testing can also be used to identify any sewer odours.
